You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received them
  • In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
  • Unopened and sealed (for hygiene reasons, skincare products must be unopened)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products (creams, serums, masks)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

🔄 How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact page or email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Step 2: We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Step 3: Pack your item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund or exchange.

💰 Refunds

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

📦 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
