📦 How to Track Your Order

Method 1: Using Your Tracking Number

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Here's how to use it:

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation from LUMIRELAX
  2. Click on the tracking link in the email, OR
  3. Copy your tracking number and visit your carrier's website
  4. Enter your tracking number to see real-time updates

Method 2: Check Your Order Status

If you have a LUMIRELAX account:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "Order History"
  3. Click on the order you want to track
  4. View tracking information and delivery status

⏱️ When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

You'll receive your tracking number within 2-5 business days after placing your order. This is when we process and ship your order.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Domestic Orders: 5-10 business days after shipping
International Orders: 7-20 business days after shipping

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

❓ Common Tracking Questions

My tracking number isn't working. What should I do?

Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier's system. If it's still not working after 48 hours, please contact us.

My order shows "delivered" but I haven't received it.

Check with neighbors, building management, or any safe place where the carrier might have left it. If you still can't find it, contact us immediately and we'll help resolve the issue.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days.

Sometimes tracking updates can be delayed, especially during customs processing for international orders. If there's no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once an order has been shipped. Please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to see if they can redirect the package.
